Female vassals are a dime a dozen now and one of the factions has a female leader. They're trying to make it more PC but they took away how empowering it was to play a female character and succeed in Warband. Now you're just playing a male with a baby factory. As you can imagine if you choose to destroy empire you'll need to gain the support of a non-empire faction then destroy empire factions. If you support the empire you'll do the opposite. Make the decision once you know which faction you're playing as. 2. CheesecakeIsGodlike.
There does seem to be a difference. It looks like mules have the least weight capacity while sumpter horses have a higher capacity and speed. Not sure about the camels though. #2.
